Random Shutdowns on Mac since Catalina Update (kernel panic)

Seems like its affecting 2012-2015 macs pretty bad. My macbook was a brick for about 2 weeks of troubleshooting and I finally figured out a fix. If anyone is having this issue and needs help hmu.
