hey guys, im pretty new at this site, and well, i just wanted to try this thing out... this is the only story i could think of...
my asl is 16/m/mt
anyways, last weekend i joined a freestyle comp. here in montana - nothin to big, just somthing for fun. anyways, we got two runs, there were 2 tables and some rails. my first run, and i know that im not very good, so dont make fun of me for the tricks i did. anyways, my first run i did a 360 off the first table, but i skipped all the rails down to the second table, i cant do rails very well (i am learning though) but i figgured for the comp. it would be better for my score to skip them, then to reck on them. so, the second table i just did a little grab off of. well, for my second run i tryed another 3 off the first table, i recked... im not sure what happend, but hey, im just beggining and i have never been in a comp. before... well, i was kinda mad so i got up and put my skis back on, then i skated all the way to the second table; i just strated the thing. well, i got to it and hucked back as hard as i could... i threw a pretty good backflip (acording to what everyone said)... i landed it okay too, every one liked it.. they were all cheering and yelling, they were going crazy... but then this guy came out of the crowd, i recognized him, he is the guy that owns the hill... he was wistling as he came over to me, when he got there he said, 'do you realize you just ruined your ski day here for that?' i said 'yeah, i guess so...' he says 'you must have missed in the form you signed about the part where it said you couldn't do that?' i said, 'yeah, i must have' then he said 'some how i dont think you did' then he smiled and reached over and jerked my lift ticket off my coat... then walked away... well, i did the first thing that came to mind... i gave him a double finger, both arms outstreched - the whole crowd started laughing, they thought it was great. by the time he turned around my hands were down, he had no idea... anyways... in the form i sign, without all the fancy words it said 'i realize that if i do any inverts and get hurt, its my own fault, i wont sue the ski hill' it never said i couldn't do them... some of you might say i should have showed him that, but when he took my lift ticket i had my helmet and goggles on, so he could't see me... and i didn't want to fight him about it and give him a good look at me, so i just let it go... but after lunch i had a friend buy a half day pass and went back out... that guy is a prick, what do ya'll think? and come on guys, reply, because i am frickin pissed about it
