Finding true center on a pair of skis?

I have an old pair of afterbangs that i wanna lace up this season but the ski doesnt have and binding markings on it. Whats the best / most accurate way of finding the true center point of a ski without expensive tools.

Measure full length of ski tip to tip and then divide that length by 2 and measure again and mark it

what about multiplying ski length by 4 and then dividing by 8

I would probably multiply the ski length by 210, divide by 420 and multiply that by 34.5 and lastly divide by 69 for the most precise measurement.
