Theres a fine line between a baggy fit and a hooded dress, though you can still make an oversized hoodie look sick if your pants are proportioned and also look baggy as fuck. Personally id go with the 3xl because id like to be able to wear it off the slopes and not look like a goon.

if you're 5'6" i'd rock a 2xl. Just my opinion. I'm 6'2" and i feel comfy in 2xl.

2x is nice to wear but too small for me to ski in
ScootSkiLyfeif you're 5'6" i'd rock a 2xl. Just my opinion. I'm 6'2" and i feel comfy in 2xl.
