What are they wearing?

I know this is kind of a stupid question to ask, but I am seeing more and more people on instagram wearing like a bandana / neck thing on top of their head which dangles out at the back of their head underneath the helmet. I think this looks really sick and was wondering what exactly they are wearing? Are they wearing a beanie on top of the neck thing aswell?

uhm a tshirt? A lot of people do this to make a DIY facemask.

I rock a bandana under the helmet but on top of the head, sometimes if I want to skip a lift line ill use an old usasa bib, the du-rag is forever... even if im just a tall skinny white boy with blond hair
