Why are the full tilt Tom wallisch only a 90 flex

I think that a pro model boot should have a stiffer flex like 110 or 120

They are marketed as a park specific boot which are usually softer flexing. SPKs were like 80 or 90 too.

I ski a small "hill" in St. Louis and pretty much only have small jumps and rails for most of the season. If they don't have the "large" park built I use my old 80 flex tecnicas because I like them more on rails.
