Now this post could entail alot but instead I will talk about it in terms of mindset and psychology.
I am a firm believer that every individual has the capacity of achieving their idealized self unless there is obvious obstructions such as mental retardation or paralysis etc
Given this then it is the individual's utmost responsibility to put in the effort to achieve this desired self, you shouldn't chase happiness. Having that as a core to your moral structures will result in complacency. Instead you should chase goals, and constantly be hungry to take on responsibility in relation to what you want to become. If the individual does not put in the utmost effort to pursue this, I daresay they will look back on their death bed in horror that they KNOW they could of done more, achieved more. Made the most of their human existence to pursue what is meaningful to them.
Don't be lazy, pick your nuts up and take charge.
