Replying to Epic failure
I recently called in to upgrade my Peak Pass.It did not go well.They say buy the new pass and we will notify your home resort and in 7 business days your refund will be processed.I hung up after upgrading with that bad feeling,first of all they said your home resort will call you.Needless to say that call never came.After 10 days I was told good news you are on the refund list.After A few days I called back and was told it should be no more than 2 or three more weeks??? What a scam with a credit card bill on the way and no refund I was now on the hook for 2 pass. I had to battle just to get my upgrade canceled.I am now part of the Vail sucks movement
