get the 115s, they'll fit nice and snug. As a general rule you should go with the brake size closest to the ski mid-width from the range of brakes of the brand you're buying (and if its mid-way, round up to the larger size), they all include an extra margin. 130 will be quite an overhang.
As for mount point I've read some reviews and saw somewhere that the recommended line is at -6cm from symmetric centre and that the tips have a tendency to dive a bit in pow at symmetric centre, so if you're going to be doing some switch riding or want an extra bit of support behind you on cliff drops, go somewhere in the middle between -6 and 0.
