Misty 7s and 5s, backflip 180 for the last over.
To Cork you need to make a T with your arms, throw one arm across and above you opposite shoulder, then look the way you rotate. Bang Cork 7

There’s two misty 7s, a misty 5 and the backy 180 is called an underflip (540)

a couple of misty 7s a misty 5 and an underflip. My best cork 7 advice is to take your right hand and pretend you are trying to punch your left heel or pretend that you are trying to throw a ball at the ground behind you using your right hand twisting to your left side. After that just tuck and then open up for the finish.

For mistys just make sure you have front flips first so you are used to getting over your tips. underflips get comfortable with backflips. corks practice on the tramp a lot first.

What he did was an underflip but underflip is not the same as backy 180, underflip is like a Lincoln Loop looking to the side and spinning uphill

Yeah I agree but in “non-skier” terms it’s kind of a backflip 180. But yeah it is defs closer to a Lincoln
