You gotta be quick on the PrtScn button... That's how the pros do it.

Sorry, I couldn't be more helpful. I don't see an easy way using movie maker..
One of those free ipod things... Works in Canada too!

yeah the prnt-scrn button doesn't work. I use Windows Movie Maker and it works fine.
