Line Honey Badger vs Chronic

I have the option to get the honey badger or chronic for this season, but can't decide. Which one is more durable and good for both jumps and rails?

I haven’t owned either but I’m pretty sure it’s known that the chronic is lines top of the line where as the honey badger is more of a beginner/cheaper ski. I have also heard of pros having the tiger snake graphic on a chronic if that helps you decide.

I like a medium flex ski that is durable and good for both jumps and rails, so the chronics seem good

Either should work with the badgers being softer
what year chronics you looking at? There are some differences

the chronics got more pop more suspension and is stiffer shorter side cut but it’s a pretty stable ski and is more all mountain than it used to be and will perform better out of the park than the hb , aso offered in a longer length of 185 don’t c a hb that length

Yeah the honey badger only goes up to 177 but I wouldn’t get a ski longer than 180

Honey badger is a lower quality but slimmer ski, the chronic is a bigger (95mm) and beefier more versatile ski.

roommate won some chronics last year, within a month the tail delammed. he also basically can't nollie anymore because the tips are too flat

i have the honey badgers and i love them
i skied hard on the rails all year and have no damage whatsoever on the top sheets or the bases
u should get them 100%

I wouldn’t say that
they r equal quality with only difference being from ski to ski not model vs model
92 waist vs 95 is nothing and the older chronics are 92 waist big difference is tip width and taper and difference in amount of camber





my chronics take a lot of “hits” lol yah they’re chippin slight delam but I beat the shit out of em I’d expect the same from badgers just a lil softer slightly less camber should b easier to surf

What does that mean?
Any park ski can be mounted true center, but most skis recommended mount is bot center

Rec mount on badger is -3

with the deals rn , no reason to get badger over the chronic

Twig said the chronic is more of an all mountain ski now, unlike what it was before. It still works good for park, and is more durable than the honey badger. Although the honey badger is super light and flexy.

I didn't read this whole thread so sorry if this has been said but regardless of you riding style I'd get chronics. Badgers are like a toy ski they won't last
