Shoutout ON3P for banger customer service

I was tryna cop some magnus 90s today and the ordering system was wack. The paypal sent them the money but the order never got confirmed so I was confused etc. Anyways, I gave them a call and they got it totally sorted out within the hour, which was around 12 (lunch break). It was definitely the best customer service I've ever experienced and really impressive for sure. Super appreciative towards those guys, thanks so much for being an awesome company. Buy their skis

Homie sent in his Magnus 90s last year for an edge delam and got a new pair right after summer months. Sick company

Really? Cuz Ive never had bad experiences with them. I ordered some pants and they didnt fit me and they were super cool with re sending me some an swapping em out. Ive also been able to just go straight to their warehouse and picked up stuff instead of them shipping it.

I'm a fan and they got me as a buyer for a while. When I had to replace some stolen skis a few seasons ago, I nabbed a pair of Kartels just after a sale deadline and I think IggySkier was the one who actually helped re-process my order and credited me the difference of the sale price. Super cool stuff to go out of your way to do that for skiers who bust ass and scrape paychecks together to buy stuff. Much love.

I blew out a foot of edge on brand new Kartels. I stopped by the factory in Portland and when I arrived they offered me either my current pair, or the previous year. Previous year was a 98 underfoot and what I wanted originally, wicked chill guys and super thoughtful.
