Adjusting look pivot 14s to smaller boots

Yo i’m going to get new boots either a half size or one size down. If i adjust my forward pressure to make them fit my bindings i’m going to be off a little off-center. It’s only millimeters or whatever but I feel like it might feel different. Is it too little of a change to make a difference like should I remount or what. If you’ve adjusted your bindings to smaller boots without a remount lemme know how it feels!

Are the skis mounted center?
I had ARV 96s mounted at the "progressive line" or whatever it's called, that year had a line at -2.5 and a line at - 5 or 6. Anyway I had them mounted -2.5 and downsized boots one shell size so I was basically riding at -2, it made no difference.

FYI - there is no half size in ski boots. When you change sizes, you will change a full size, which is about 10mm of sole length.
1. Does your binding have that much adjustment given its current position? If it can, then your boot center will be about 5mm off its current position.
2. If you need to remount, chances are you can keep the same boot-to-ski position as long as there aren't other holes in the ski from a previous mount that are in the way.
All times are Eastern (-5)
