This is the part when you have to transition MtF and find Ian and casually chat him up, date him, be with him for a good 2-3 years to really sell it. Then one morning while you two are laying in bed, talking about the minutiae of life, he gets up to go to the bathroom. You seize the opportunity and take his phone, unblock your insta, pack your stuff and leave.
