Replying to Big hole in my Full Tilt boot

Has anyone had any experience working with full tilt for warranty?

Is this worth trying to send in to see if it will be covered? I tried contacting them for parts to see if I could fix it myself but they totally ghosted me. Then my buddy told me to try and see if there is a warranty, and there should be since my boots are less than a year old. The strap/anchor literally ripped out of the shell leaving a quarter sized hole in my boot.

I've got maybe 10 days on these boots.
