Best discovery you've made while high?

Yeah title says it all. What's the craziest shit you either figured out or thought was happening because you were high. Whether or not it actually is true or exists is irrelevant.

One of my top is with bees and flies. I'm still perplexed over this. So we're all sitting around a table and there's a shit ton of yellow jackets around an energy drink can drinking up its syrupy goodness. Meanwhile I'm freaking out cuz fuck bees. Eventually it is sort of dusk and all of a sudden.... No bees! Wtf where did they go? That's when I noticed there were flies on the can now. This led me to the conclusion that flies are afraid of bees or don't get along thus why they arrive to feast at different times. It's like scavengers on prey after the alpha animal leaves. Then a little while later the bees returned and wadayaknow? No flies! Hence my conclusion.

The best discoveries I’ve honestly made usually involve the social constructs that make up society. Now let me just say this getting high on weed isn’t exactly special for me which is why i rarely smoke, dab, etc anymore. Not that I see anything wrong with it, but it’s just not my cup of tea per say unless I really need to calm myself.

I tried mushrooms once and it changed my entire outlook on life. I’m not encouraging anyone to try them because mushrooms are sacred and Should only be used at the right moment. Everyone will have a different experience. Here’s mine

I took mushrooms on a nice warm sunny day in Portland OR (arguably the Most drug user friendly city in all of US). My group of friends and I went and tried different things I normally wouldn’t do (I.E. we went to the rose garden, Japanese Garden). When we went to this tourist hot spots I indulged myself in my surrounding social environment.

There were people of multiple races, nationalities, socioeconomic backgrounds everywhere. Everyone was enjoying the day, a performer was soothing us with his slow jazz music. I felt like asking so many questions to everyone, as I am truly fascinated by cultures foreign to my own (I’m American Indian from the Plains). It was truly a feeling of peace and at that moment I had never felt more appreciative of my fellow Homo sapiens. It made me learn to appreciate more people regardless of your background, we can all get along :)

i know now that whole thing makes me sounds like I’m a hipster from the 1960s but hey, it’s what I believe! And ever since I’ve done shrooms I feel that I’ve become a better version of myself.

I had probably listened to DAMN 100s of times already but one time I was listening to Pride and I realized for the first time that Kendrick's voice is slowly changing up and down between his high and low pitches all throughout the first verse. I never noticed it before and now I can't help but focus on it every time I listen shit blew my mind

Best discovery? Not sure. But everytime I listen to a song I notice different things. Most recently would be that the song Regular John by Qotsa has the same background noise as Go With The Flow by Qotsa. That same sorta whine if ya notice it.
And also I realized that in the song Rodeo by Kyuss, when the vocalist screams "Johnaaayyyyyyyyy" it's actually the drugs calling to him.
I dunno, it's always the little things like that.

Cutting hotdogs in half the long way and putting them with Mac and cheese in sandwich form. Oatmeal, peanut butter and jelly (we had no bread). So pretty much, mostly food. But also one time calculus totally clicked in my brain too.

The first time I took a bong rip was my freshman year at CU. It snowed like 2 ft one night and I met up with this kid from the Engineering dorms and we were hitting some random urban drops etc around campus. Once it got too late we went back to his room to chill and I still had my boots on and skis etc.

Anyway, he pulled out this huge triple perc bong and I told him i have only hit pieces. So of course he smiles and grabs the most tweaked out Sativa shit he saves for special occasions and loaded a fat bowl and let me rip it. Well, the thing is I didnt have any idea what the fuck I was doing and didnt realize you have to pull the piece to clear it. So I kept pulling it and the fucking bong was turning yellow with thick smoke. My buddy finally looked over and went "Oh shit." and pulled the piece out suddenly and I took the full rip to the face without even knowing what was going on.

I was fucked. I coughed my lungs out for about 5 min and got the 'frames' so bad it felt like life was a video game on a 1998 computer or something. I was coughing so hard and so dizzy I thought I had to puke so I got up and opened the door and fell out of the room on my face because I forgot I still had ski boots on. So I kind of just stumbled along the hall clutching to any door handle or wall I could and ended up lost as shit too fucked over to even notice people staring at me. Finally after an eternity of seemingly endless hallways my buddy grabbed me by the shoulder and brought me back to the room. He said his friend stopped by and asked if he knew why some random kid was half catatonic aimlessly floundering around in ski boots on and he was prob the person to ask because he knew he was a skier.

Finally after getting my mind together I somehow carried my skis and poles back to my dorm and threw all of it on the floor of my room and crawled into bed.

It was funny because the next day we skied at Winter Park and some random bro on the chairlift asked if I wanted to smoke and I said no and he kinda looked at me so I told him I was still fucked from the night before and my buddy kinda gave a grimaced nod and the guy chuckled and took another hit.

So yeah, I discovered you dont fuck around with bongs and skiing high is fun as shit.

Was high the other day and wondered if life was all one big dream and once you die you wake up to the first time you had a dream as a kid knowing all the mistakes you've made and how to avoid making the same ones. and then I bugged for a second cuz I was wondering if I was actually dead and this life was all a dream in heaven or some shit if u believe in that.
