Replying to I just got a update on last years pre-orders from saga and it's not a generic response
It said I am sorry that you have had such a delay and bad experience. SAGA out sourced much of our customer service last year while we were relocating our brand and headquarters to a new state. Regardless, there is no excuse for this. These items will not be shipping until next month. You should have been notified or refunded. How can we make this right for you? If you are willing to wait until next month I can set you up with a gift card for the equal dollar amount as a thank you. Let me know how best to proceed and take care of this for you.
