What if being dead was like the worst pain imaginable, and it lasted for eternity?
i asked my friends what they thought and they were like God i dont even want to think about that, but it still seems like it could be a possibility, even if unlikely. What do the 4 other ns members have to say about this...
Seems unlikely considering the brain needs oxy to work. And when the heart isn't pumpin and the lungs ain't breathin the brain is not getting any. A functioning brain is required for some sort of consciousness to feel pain.
No expense spared accommodation. The poors might be hungry here but in heaven they've got enough surplus to pave the streets in gold. You might not have health care here, but that shits free in heaven. Jesus looks after his squad.
All emotions on earth are temporary and all our joy is paid for in equal (or more) amounts of suffering. Sadness and pain is something that every human will experience. Can the same be said for happiness? Most humans will live through cycles of peaks and valleys emotionally. The stress of worrying how long will the plateau last or how deep a valley will get is a stark reminder of reality.
OP don't be scared. When you die, you'll get to see Lemmy Kilmister and Dimebag Darrel play together. And you can do pillows with JP, dude. And all the rest of the cool dead skiers. I think that's all anyone would ask for. It won't be painful.
Besides, if you so happen to be sent to hell, you'll get to fuck Baphomet (the one WITH the titties).
