The reason there haven't been more Trollin' or Heart of Skiing episodes is because Steve refuses to finish them and operates on his own timeline. We tried for years to get him to put out episodes on a reasonably consistent schedule. It never worked so we gave up trying and told him make the videos if you want and release them.

Look at it this way. Can you think of any brand that purposely releases their most popular video series on completely random dates during the season? Or without much pre-promotion? This is because Steve would work away on the episodes at his own pace and when he decided they were done he would want it posted almost instantly.
He is a man of his own methods and timeline.
