New pow sticks

need a new pair of pow skis to rip up Bridger this winter. I'm looking for something I can charge hard, but also play around on too. my current list is:

184 Moment Wildcat
181 4FRNT InThayne
181 Icelantic Nomad
181 ON3P Jeffery

Anybody ridden multiple of these that would be able to give me some comparisons?
I'd also love to hear about skis that might not be on this list. Also, if you vote other n the poll, leave which skis you would pick in the thread.

Just based off durability, I would go with the ON3Ps. Bridger eats skis and if you don't have solid edges you will loose them.

Wildcat for a really nice blend of playfulness, easy spinning, and stability.

Jeffrey for a bias more toward stability, but still good playfulness (just a heavy swing weight).

Rossi Black Ops 118 is also worth a look for a similar feel vs. the Jeffrey, but it sounds like the length might not be right for you.

What skis have you used in the past and what did you like and not like about them? What's your height and weight?

I live on the east coast so my widest ski is the j skis allplay. I like that ski but I definitely want something chargier. I'm 6' 155. leaning towards the wildcat right now.

Yeah sounds like the Wildcat would be right up your alley.

dont sleep on the inthayne. I got it as a pow specific ski but loved it so much it quickly became my daily go to. Quick and very nimble for its size but will charge thru chop when needed.

I'd consider sizing up for a pow ski.

JJ will handle light, pure, untouched pow better than the Wildcat due to the significant amount of taper and softer flex, but will get kicked around much more in the chopped and variable pow. It's a great ski for the first run of the day, but like most resorts, the pure pow is mostly gone by 9:30 / 10 am, and anytime after that is where the Wildcat starts to shine.

The Wildcat will hold up more at high speeds and will be more stable in variable and chopped up snow, and it will still float great for the first few runs of the day. If you want to ski super playful all the time, the JJ is a good choice. If you want to charge hard and be playful on occasion, the Wildcat is hard to beat.

For my height/weight would you recommend the 184 or the 190?

Probably the 184 unless you plan on stacking on some weight. It'll still charge plenty hard enough but won't be too much ski to move around. If you want to get real aggressive and extra sendy this upcoming season, consider the 190, but I think the 184 will be plenty of ski for you.
