Starbucks sucks- Fight me, pussy!

Their coffee is dogshit for what it costs. Most people who work and frequent there are so pretentious it hurts my bones. Of all the chains, they obviously have the best coffee, but from coffee standards, I'll pass.

Only pros are they're a consistently mediocre yet acceptable coffee that's available everywhere, and that their cafes open earlier than any other coffee shop. That's good for skiing and hiking if want to get an early start to the day.

Even though Starbucks started out as local, I would choose a local shop 9 times out of 10 over Starbucks. Curious though, is the original Starbucks shop better than the rest?

Then there's all these fancy fucking names they use for sizes. How bout we just use small, medium, and large? And when I say small, don't ask if I meant venti or tall or grand. Give me your smallest fucking cup because obviously I don't speak hipster.

And the whole name on the cup thing is dumb. Half the time they don't spell names right.

7/11, Einsteins, and McD's coffee for me in terms of on-the-go quick brew. Not bad tasting either.


I have a gripe with Starbucks cuz the library in my school on campus changed out their coffee supplier from a pretty decent local place to Starbucks because it was cheaper but started to charge more because it was Starbucks Coffee. And I used to work in a hotel where that was the official coffee sponsor of the resort so thats all we had access too. Fuck Pikes Plakes Roast

Starbucks blows. For the reason that it's a fucking coffee and I shouldn't have to selly first born. I know it's petty but when I see dudes always walking around with their fruity ass mocha chocka whatever it irks me. More like mocha chocka on this dick.

Tim Hortons > Starbucks IMO but understand that’s canada/northeast. Not sure if they’re in northern states across the country, but for chains, Timmy hoes is the way to go.

Dunking is another option.

If i can find a place that sells kona bean coffee I’ll take a mom & pop place over a chain any day of the week.

You’re kind of a sucker already if:
1. You let yourself rely on coffee instead of having regular breakfast.
2. You buy coffee from a shop rather than taking 5 somewhat passive minutes to make it at home.

But in defense of starbucks, they sell oatmeal at 4am at airports, which is really nice. The cost is similar to airport food anyway.

I personally don't like Tim Hortons. The coffee is shit, the service is shit, and in general its shit. Honestly it's pretty much exactly like mcdonald's.

I unfortunately had to buy coffee these past few days cuz I was moving and didnt have everything moved over. I was in Starbucks today and this construction worker was getting "coffee" for his fellow employees. They were all Frappuccinos with whipped cream lmao

BTW Tim Hortons is shit. Terrible service and they can't get anything right. McDonald's is better than any fast food breakfast chain cuz they actually cook their eggs.

Not gunna lie, I drink a venti pike every morning on my way to work. Its a huge corporation which does suck, but the coffee fairly good IMO, also I'm pretty sure that they're one of the more environmentally conscious companies for their size which I do appreciate.

However, I do agree that...
1) the names of the sizes are idiotic. Grande LITERALLY means large yet is their medium size?? I still just say "large" when I order
2) The food is absolute shit
3) People who order anything than regular coffee/lattes can fuck RIGHT off

IMO - McDonalds is the best place to stop for quick food on the way to the hill. They use Newmans Own for their coffee and the breakfast sandwiches are dank. (I live in Massachusetts too, where Dunkin is basically church).

Fun fact tho McDicks only uses "real eggs" for their solely egg-sandwiches. As soon as you get meat on it, they use a pre-cooked egg patty. All about that marketing....

Yea the ventis Grande etc is annoying to figure out in the morning but their frappuccinos aren't bad and do have great benefits for employees wich is a factor. A majority of businesses are in business to make money btw.
