Replying to Opinions and Facts about Adobe Premier Pro and Final Cut Pro
Im pretty new to video/ film and content production. I have over 2 years of experience with photography and Adobe's photo editing programs like lightroom and PS.
However when it comes to video and film I am more familiar with using video editing software designed by Apple such as Final Cut Pro x and IMovie. I find the simplicity of Final Cut Pro to be my favorite aspect of it. The way you can organize your projects and the overall layout of Final Cut Pro seems more familiar to me and easy for me as a begineer to understand. Ive also hear that when you purchase final cut pro once you dont have to worry about paying again when an update comes unlike premier pro is this true?
Im scared away from Premier Pro because not only does it look complex but it also is something I have literally Zero experience and Education on. Ive used Final Cut Pro in a few classes before and have taken editing classes where final cut pro was our program. Im looking to actually make some investments soon (because i plan to do more video and film for business purpouses) and I want to know what the NS media and content creators prefer.
Are you and Adobe person or a Final Cut Person and Why? What are some ups and downs you have experienced?
