Replying to MOVING TO SLC FALL '19 MASTER THREAD

there have been about 5 threads about this floating around NSG so we're gonna streamline and try to use this one for everyones needs. ill start



i am looking for:

3-4 bedrooms in the sugarhouse area beginning October 1st. i can pay AT MOST $800/ month, $500-$650/month is ideal.
everyone having their own room is a must, not looking to share a room. open to filling spots in existing leases.

about me:

i clean up after myself (shared living areas yes, my bedroom is a different story lol), im financially responsible and rent will always be on time. im a ski bum and skate rat, i work hard for everything i own. i will occasionally stay up very late at night, down w/ throwing parties but not every weekend. i smoke pot after work and cigs on occasion. drink v casually unless at a function

anybody else looking to move to SLC this fall drop a lil info about yourself, how you can be contacted and what you're looking for in terms of houses/apartments and roommates. hopefully we can help each other out somehow
