Housing Available in Wash Park Place

Sup guys,

Anybody need a place to live? My brother in Denver has some rooms available in the house he rents in Washington Park. He wanted to reach out to the NS community to see if there were any rad skiers that would be interested since I've had good luck with this in the past (one of my three roommates last year was off NS and worked out great, he's now living with someone else from NS). He's 25 and works in construction, but skis every weekend possible in his free time. Primarily does resort skiing (Ikon), but tries to do free ride and alpine touring whenever possible. So not exactly a park rat but still super into the whole scene and ski movies and stuff, you'll just find him on TGR rather than NS...

The place is west of the Park (3 blocks away, I hear it's a pretty decent area), and is less than 80 minutes to Winter Park. Place is about $1,030 for rent, 2000sf, 2 car garage with driveway- you can check out the Craigslist add below or the Zillow link.
