Im 6 feet tall and pretty much a twig... i tried on my brothers medium and it fit pretty well but i wanted to know how much bigger is a large than a medium?

depends on your pants... get the pants 1 or 2 sizes bigger than your jacket. So if you rock M or L pants, then get M. if you already have or XL or XXL pants, then go L. becuase in my experiences same size jacket/pants looks weird...

i don't know...i tried on an xl and it would have looked decent if i had baggier pants. and i'm 5' 8'' and a twig, aswell.
