BigPurpleSkiSuitAfter that edit I cant say I'm surprised. Can you say what company?
MomentThere's several different CAD programs out there that will get the job done. Most require a purchase, but there are some free options out there, especially for hobbyists. Will the company you're working with take your exact design or will they be recreating your design in their own software?
Fusion 360 from Autodesk is a good option, it's a program capable of creating complex designs and is free to hobbyists. If you have CAD experience, you should be able to pick it up relatively quickly, otherwise there are plenty of YouTube tutorials to get you started.
Additionally, http://www.skibuilders.com/phpBB2/ has tons of information in terms of design and materials for those interested in building their own sticks.

Young_IPMCYou can just get autocad free if you pretend to be a student. It doesn’t ask you for any real verification because Autodesk makes obscene amount on private licensing of their buggy program.
