batskinatskiYeah the timeline is such: bought early july, returned at the end of july. I have been in regular conversation with on3p up until they stopped responding. I am sure that they are incredibly busy due to the building season. That being said, I would appreciate some response from the company giving me more information. I'm not worried because I do have the bank transactions on record.

mystery3What's your timeline looking like. When we're the returned skis delivered? It's the weekend now, how long has it been since you had contact?
I'm pretty sure it's production time right now and super busy for small ski companies.

Nice to hear from you. Summer time in here has us both extremely busy and short staffed due to a lot of vacations - I have on my list to review your return.
As we noted in our email to you earlier this week, your skis arrived with damage to the tails, a lot of scratches on the topsheet, and with a sticker on them - which is unusual for a return on new skis for which our goal would be to resell. We weren't sure if that was shipping related or from handling - but given their status I was asked to take a look at them before processing the refund - which I have not had time to do yet.
When we're back from the weekend, I'll get a chance to take a look and we'll respond to you over email. If you have any questions before then, just call the shop (503-206-5909). Thanks.
I believe we got the skis a week from yesterday but not totally sure, and we last responded Tuesday afternoon. I don't know if there has been anything outside of that.
