Its just dudes are kinda manipulative pussies now and some women see that and want to take control; You probably dont display any signs of that so they completely disengage and move onto trying to play some other sad sucker. Obviously the right women for you are gonna be ones who either arent involved in outdoorsy sports but love the passion or are also passionate about it.

You are right on point.
I gave up looking for love. All the rad women I meet on the mountain are usually married or lesbian. I fell in love with the mountains and anyone that wants to join, regardless of gender, becomes a good friend of mine.

You gotta find the right girl and introduce her to outdoor sports. I taught my ex how to ski and I'm happy that she'll have that for the rest of her life. That said I also look at the pow days I spent schnoodling and helping her learn how to ski powder and think of it as quite the waste now

Dont worry, most chicks like that just wanna be spoiled by a guy. It sounds picky and maybe selfish but I'd rather date someone cute who's into what I like than a smoke who wants to be pampered and control me. Saw a few friends in HS that rarely skied cause their girl just wanted to do what they wanted, when I had a gf in HS I made sure she knew I was gonna ski as much as I can while still spending time with her at night or after school. I still remember waking up on a Friday to a text from a girl I'd been talking to ending things, got out at noon, went skiing, homies came up and joined me and had a fucking blast, no girl is taking away my happiness for their own.

Who cares what others think, you ski right? That is the only sport you need and concentrate on having fun with. Take it form me, I was the multi sport person in HS from football, basketball, baseball and track(Lettered in almost all of them all 4 years) The only one I can still do right now is ski, I didnt learn shit from the other sports other than how to be coached and tortured. Be you, do what you want to do, do things outdoors, do things you can do and use for the rest of your life. Sports in school is just a status symbol for (as skieman would say) "Durp". Believe me, if I could go back I would focus a lot more on my skiing and my family, those are things that will be with you as long as you are around. Girls, on the other hand, the sport stars I knew that went off on scholarships and played their sports ended up hurt with not much of a future other than finding a husband to have a family with. Girls will be girls, some are cool, some are just complete bitches. Do you and as long as you are enjoying it, that is all that matters.

I feel like a decent bit of girls are more into the skier/skater boys than the football jocks so hmm maybe I’m in luck.

Also don’t be ashamed if you don’t play a sport or something. A lot of kids shit on me for quitting baseball at the beginning of highschool. I quit because I was missing out on a ton of skiing and I knew I had to choose one or the other (practice is mandatory all winter long, 6 days a week). They would all call me pussy and shit and how I was “ass” and how I was “too soft for it anyway”. Meanwhile there were kids who had to play new positions to fill my place HA. But anytime someone tells me that I just tell them how much more fun skiing is than baseball, then I proceed to ask them if they’re playing because they feel they need to or if they’re playing for fun. No kids ever say the second option, so I win because I’m having way more fun than those miserable cunts.

And that situation relates to any other sport too. Just think about who has more fun as a whole: people who play sports, or people who are skiers. Very fucking obvious answer.
