Hey...so i have this vid of one of my hits during the season....and i kinda wanted one of the frames as a picture....what programs can i use (maybe get a free trial to do it) to get it into jpeg format??

In Adobe Premiere Pro, there is a way to export single frames, but the image quality of the exported frames would be pretty low (unless you have an amazing video camera.) Adobe offers a free trial of Premiere Pro at their website.

yeah....but printscreen wont save it as a jpeg on my computer...thats the overall goal...not to print it out on paper

i dunno if this would work but print screen and the copy into paint or something and then save it. should work

^^Yeah, just hit 'Print Screen' , then open up any program like paint. Hit paste and there you go.
