Any Mountain/Resort recommendations?

Im going to be moving for the next season but have a very limited knowledge of what mountains are out there. Im planning on living in a camper van and working at a resort to get a free pass. I pretty much just want to shred pow and lap the park and would prefer to be at a mountain thats a little more lowkey than most. I currently live on the west coast and would like to stay there and am interested in what options are available in Idaho and Montana. If anyone has a recommendation that would be great!

Places where you cab find parking aka not tahoe. Although if youre down to drive a bit its possible.

hmm most of these ski resorts are in Oregon and Idaho. if your willing to drive there potentalities of obtaining a job at;

Big sky resort
Mission ridge resort
Mt Hood
Mt Baker
Summit at snoqualmie
Stevens pass
Schweitzer resort (in Idaho, not the Swiss one)
Willmette resort

try and land a job before lifts start spinning, duh!

Schweitzer is my home resort and has two new lifts going in this season so I am sure there are opportunities for jobs, employees get lots of deals around the mountain so I'm sure even on limited budget you can at least survive.

sick! didnt realized you live that close, ive only skied there twice back in 2015

Its a great mountain with lots of good terrain, some years weather can be variable but most of the time it is great. The resort is growing a lot and will continue to grow so lines will get longer, but the only time I waited in a line longer than 10min this year was on the deepest day of the year waiting on a double chair. Its a great place, not too many people, pretty good storm cycles, and a chill ski town vibe.

Grand targeeh is super underrated. Right over the border of ID and in WY.

Also OP understand if your gonna be in the Montana ID ski areas it gets a lot colder than the west coast resorts.
Make sure your van is super warm and efficient. Otherwise if it’s a cold year you could be paying more in heating cost for your van than some employee housing.
The price you pay for a winter housing isn’t bad when you consider the total cost of a living out of a van.
