So I am 5'9" and weigh about 115 pounds and am wondering if I should get a smaller waist width and or shorter length of ski because I dont weight much, or if that doesn't even matter.

mystery3What ski? Are you young?
mystery3Get the ARV 84 in a 177?
SofaKingSickweight is definitely a big factor for you to consider along with height, skill, preferences, what you ride etc
you're 15 though so it's very possible you grow significantly more in the near ish future. do you prefer shorter, medium, longer skis?
TatehuizengaI'm not sure, but I think medium because I know long skis are for more experienced people, and I have heard it's harder to butter on shorter skis, plus less effective edge...
SofaKingSickwhat's your skill level?
i think the ARV 86 is a good choice cause it's a great, easy to use ski and you can get them for a good price (like $300 i think). the 84 i think is more of price point model but im sure it'd work just fine as well. i'd say get the 170 if you're a beginner/not very good, 177 if you're good/nice and comfy on your skis
TatehuizengaI've only skied two seasons and am looking to really get into jibs and a bit of jumping as well. As of now I am not too good, but I hope to improve next season.
SofaKingSick170 sounds good then in my opinion!
