A perfectly ripe pear or peach is pretty hard to beat.

Apples are pretty great for their versatility: eating fresh, making juice, baking pie or other baked goods.

strawberries are best

it is necessary to cut mangos and pineapple, however, strawberries are more straightforward.

Also, peaches and plums are good, but they are juicy thus requiring a paper towel/napkin on hand to avoid appearing as a slob during consumption.

Most underrated is for sure durian, that shit stinks but is mad tasty. I’d still throw my vote for fresh wild raspberries tho.

Strawberries aren't, technically, a berry at all, though they are delicious except for those flavorless, firm, white interiored winter strawberries from the supermarket, those are awful.
