Washington Summer Snow

I live in Washington and am curios where is the best place this time of year is to hike up and set up a PVC rail. I've done Chinook Pass before but was curios if it still had snow this late. Any thoughts?

Don't the roads at Baker go up super high and you can practically drive to snow still?

I wasn't there, but I know people were still skiing Chinook on the 4th.

On mt. Rainier theres paradise , be a hike to the the snow though with a rail. Without a rail along there are others
