So Last Oct I picked up this camera on a pretty decent deal. Mostly bought it just for snapping Pics while touring but also because it has the ability to shoot 4k video. Didn't record nearly enough this year but what I did record was definitely quite nice and has me feeling inspired to put together a slightly better then helmet cam quality video this season.
Presently I've got the stock 12-32 lens and also a 45-150. Was thinking of getting something a bit wider the Oly 9-18 4 thirds lens looks pretty good.
Any suggestions for a good Lightweight Tripod? Mostly all my skiing is done out of bounds ski tour access, No sled to haul in 2 much heavy gear but I have a few Lines that can be filmed with a very short walk from the road.
A lot of my filming is done hand held, say tucked away on the side of a chute or filmed from a ridge line catching the top of the line. Hoping to try and get some more set up shots of pillow lines and shorter mini Golf Lines.

I guess this is all sort of a ramble but I'd be willing to invest another grand by next winter after the summer or working, maybe a little more if there was something totally worth it.
I'll be compiling the shots that I get with my camera with shots from a few different helmet cameras as well.
Oh also, cannot use a drone in the National park so that wont be an option.
Heres a few pictures I snapped with the camera this winter to give sort of an idea of the terrain and conditions we are in
