Anyone planning on moving to or find a new spot in salt lake in the coming months? Aiming to be back down there by September-October, ideally in a 3 bedroom house in the sugarhouse region. Asking on here first, there is a chance some current homies will need spots filled but not 100%
I may be house sitting til the end of this month, or til the end of September, if that's the case I'll need to find a spot with someone beginning of october. Are you moving in with any of your homies you've mentioned to me before?

I'd totally get a solo spot but I cant afford a $2000 deposit and then the monthly $1000 rent, that's why I'd like a 3+ bed spot so I spend max $500 on rent. Dont open your mouth like a jackass before you talk shit.
Skierman actually has a point on this one. SugerHouse is expensive as fuck. You might get lucky in the Cottonwood heights area or West/South Jordan where its much cheaper. Its more Mormon but American Fork is pretty chill and its still 45 min to Snowbird. The Cabelas parking lot is really scenic as well.
Stay out of West Valley, its basically the ghetto overflow lot of Salt Lake.

Yeah I just like the location of sugarhouse cause my friends all live within minutes of the 1300 east/westmintster area and it's close to the hwy and I work in PC so its quick up and down.

The funny thing is my old spot was less than $1500 a month and just below sugarhouse, and was a 3 bed spot, the spot I'm looking to move into to replace my friends place there is also close to downtown, my share of rent with 2 others, 500 fucking dollars. Eat shit.

And yes I'm aware that prices are probably higher than $1500 but when you look at the right time before the actual spoiled rich college kids get them they exist, might not be super nice but I've seen it, maybe someday I'll be as smart and wise as you mr real estate expert.
If you want just a room in the Sugarhouse area I may know of one. Friends already live there but have a whole basement available possibly. If not, I knew of a house for rent towards the base of Little Cottonwood off 9400. Havent spoken to the owners for a few weeks to see if it is still available but I can find out if you would like.

I got a 1 bedroom near liberty park. Im payin bouts 850 a month but I reckon for about 6-700 a month you can crash on my couch. I got some pretty nice glass too if you're into taking fat rips. Kitchen and bathroom off limits sorry

Lol would couch hop but currently have a a house and bedroom for $500ish lol. Bong rips are welcome at the spot but guess not to much a day which is fine, lol. I just spent the last year trying to find a 3 bedroom in sugarhouse. It’s gonna be tough to find $1500 but there should be plenty around 2 grand, which is still pretty good

I guess you're too stupid to realize this area has been changing for a while. I lived in Sugarhouse with a single bed/bath apt. for $500 a month until 2014. The owner said everything was being bought up to be developed including his own shit and guess what? I moved the fuck out of there. As of 2017 that same apt. was being rented for $800 a month. Kids like you who feel you can get away with a house if everyone paid $600 month for a fucking room when there are other options a 10 min drive away for $150-200 less are nothing short of fucktards.
You're not going to find a roommate, you're going to get kicked out because you live with a bunch of uneducated, privileged jackasses.
