Midfat Dad Ski?

I bought my dad the black crows camox and he loves them. Hes in the same skill bracket and theyve actually helped him to improve over the past few seasons. Great ski, its a twin tip but its very directional (mount point is -6) and the twin tip helps with turn initiation anyway. Highly suggest a pair

QST 99: 2020 model looks solid, it'll be really versatile

Sky 7: Daddest dad ski, softer and mellower than the QST

Black Crows Daemon: Metal but full reverse camber so easy to swing around and carve at low/moderate speed

Lots of good suggestions here, and I'd add / reinforce a few:

- Rossi Soul 7
- Salomon QST 99 or 106
- Line Sick Day 104 (IMO it's one of the best options, and a wayyy better option than the Vision 98 for inbounds use)
- Nordica Enforcer 100
- Dynastar Menace 98 / Slicer Factory
- Elan Ripstick 106

Head Kore 99! Just did the same for my dad last season, he loves them. Even skis em back east now.

He will have some adjustment with tip and tail rocker and wider waist skis for all brands. RENT.
VolkI Mantra M5 - I tested it . or easier skis - like Volkl Kanjo, or a more regular ski like the RTM series....RTM have an 84mm and smaller waist

All of these skis have some camber -or old-school feel that he can carry fwd on.....(vs full rocker )
The narrower of these skis can do the east and the west - the wider skis (95mm +) are better left for the west
Get a shop that rents and lets you change up the ski mid day or alternate days......

Something from the K2 Mindbender collection like the 99ti, 90ti, or even the 90c(carbon) if he doesn't want a stiff metal ski. All the different widths to choose from and perfect for dad. Hooking my dad up with a pair this season for sure.

Rossi sin7/soul7 are literally called dad skis/cheater skis. So easy to turn and short turning radius, you could a blue green skier on them and they would be in heaven.
