Can we just take a minuto to appreciate how good skiing is.

I’m back in London studying after a good season on the Alps and can’t stop thinking about skiing. Stoked about doing some glacier skiing later in the summer but I am at my happiest right now

Maybe you should move to the mountains and find a job that's lets you ski 50 plus a year. I know someone who is doing that very thing and they could not be more elated. Just something to think about. Good luck with your studies my man.

Everyone is so hyped for summer and Im just sitting here waiting for winter idk what it is but I'm never unhappy when I can go ski. Any shit going on I just forget about and have fun on the snow.

Same dude, I really dont know what it is, I dont wanna start skating to fill the void even, i just wanna go ski. Luckily get the next 3 days to ski snowbird and I'm so anxious. I've been like this all my life but after a deeeep season out west I'm still in full on ski mode, just the best thing ever and I truly dont think I'll be burned out from it, even if I keep doing 120+ day seasons.

Enjoy it the glaciers are melting faster then we can ski them and pollution is slowly choking the earth until it kills us.

Enjoy every minute! I’m 1 out of two knee surgeries down so far & not gonna be able to ski until this upcoming late season. Don’t take it for granted.

Its tough to leave paradise to progress money making aspect of life. I can relate when I moved to Ontario from Quebec in order to get a good career and ensure myself to keep skiing for a long time. But once the money solution is figured out, the skiing does get better.
When I moved to BC and experienced the best skiing days of my life, I can never go back to the east coast Canada.
Every season, when I get back to work for the sailing season; I watch every video, every picture captured during the winter season, I always finding myself smiling from the awesome memories. Skiing 120 days a years, going through 3-4 injuries and a season ending injury satisfies me enough to motivate me to push through summer and fall. That and being on NS lets me share the experience of skiing.

Y'all gotta chase winter!!! Doing my first season in the southern hemisphere currently and its been too much fun. We dont even have good conditions yet but skiing somewhere new and traveling is one of the best things I've ever done.

Thanks man. Would love to move to the mountains and would never rule it out. But for the moment I want to finish my education and continue pursuing the opportunities that my family has given me as a sign of respect to them.
As soon as I find a plausible way to love closer to the mountains I will for sure

I do the same thing. I’m always just scrolling through ski pics and vids on my camera roll, wishing I was skiing all summer long. I like some summer activities, like swimming and cliff/bridge jumping and stuff, but man summer’s kind of a depressing time for me when all’s said and done hahaha

I had a decent gig detailing cars in the afternoons after skiing, but business got to slow, homie working at one ski shop on hill suggests I work in their board/freeski shop also on hill and from there on my ski season changed. Free pass, chill ass coworkers, and 1-2 hour long ride brakes, basically from the day I started in early January I dont think I took more than 5 days off til the end of April, even after our shop/PC closed. Dont think I'll have an off hill job in winter for a while.
