Replying to Chronic back pain form a ski slam?

So I fell in the stupidest way: just got caught up on a fr3 swap on a sticky flat box and got sent down straight to my lower back. I now have this pain that has not subsided after over 3 months. I have had an MRI and x-ray that show no sign of a fracture or anything. the pain is right in my spine and definitely not muscular, more nerve related. it really fucking sucks and is constant. anyone else dealing with constant lower back pain from park skiing? I'm 24 and was not expecting this at all :(
