I'd tell myself to be humble. Keep those friends who have been there since day one and quit worrying about the future so much.

Honestly though I'd kick the shit out of my teenage ass. Go to college and pursue a career in something you actually enjoy. Money isn't everything but it can buy you a heli seat to AK. Work hard and luck will follow.

Oh yeah, don't waste so much time chasing girls because either she's bat shit crazy or she will make you crazy. Don't treat après like it's 2 am at the bar.

After my round with burn out, depression and suicide attempts when I was 22; I think I would tell my 18 year old self no to take shit from nobody. Stand up for yourself and dont be afraid burn bridges with people with power and authority who abuse you.
It could have saved me 6 years of recovery.

The best piece of advice I got was: Don't wait after people to do stuff; or else you will wait your entire life.

Be a fukkin man, don't go chasing females as your sole purpose in life.
Pick a career and specialize in it, devote everything. Don't bounce between shitty fast food jobs.
Experience everything you can, say yes to everything. Be hungry to live.

Take health seriously especially between the ages of 20-25 when a man is in their absolute peak physical shape. Now I’m slightly overweight but the real problems are the ones I can’t see. I’m a diabetic now it may not look like it but it can happen to anyone. There was a period in my life where I was always eating unhealthy fast food, processed food and maybe only sneaking a fruit or vegetables in every once in a while.

Now that I can basically only choose from a small variety of foods I look back and wish I woulda made better diet choices.

Develop and integrate your sensitive "spiritual" side , and learn about it from legit sources , not random drugs and YouTube videos/articles. Those help but hippie bullshit will hinder you from finding real truth .
