Adding electrolytes to water can have some benefits. It seems like upping the PH levels is just a waste when you should be eating a balanced diet.

AbiHI have it in my house, just found out it was broken and we’d been drinking tap water for the past 6 months haha. Just fixed it.
Don’t think it’s a hype. Your body functions better when it’s less acidic.
