Older Model of G3 Climbing Skins. Still Usable??

A friend was clearing out a garage and gave me these skins. A decent amount of dirt and particulate in the adhesive.
Would these still be a viable option to tour in? Need new adhesive? Or does this need to sit on the wall next to the other relics of ski past?

They look fine. They have a tail clip so you might good even if the glue is shot. Only way to really know is to try them on your skis

See if they'll fit your skis. If they're cut too narrow they're worthless, but if they fit fine you can reglue and send'r

Depends how narrow, even if they're a few mm short it's probably fine, as long as it covers a large enough portion of your bases you'll get traction even if it doesn't cover 100% of the base.

OP should take me for a spin to know for sure.

Tossed them on my skis and they seemed to fit for the most part. When I took them off a good amount of the adhesive stuck to the base... cleaned it all off. Is this due to putting them on at room temp? Old adhesive?

Old glue. May be able to refresh it by ironing it under a paper bag, but may just need a reglue.
