Tips to stall out 3's

Any tips on how to stall out spins? Been doing mute 3's and wanted to stall out my spin.

look straight forward or to put tons of style and stal grab revers and watch the tail through the spin (so that you are looking the opposite way that you are spinning

(trust me, the '' things aren't actually there)

Dont start spinning until you are in the air... just look over your shoulder, then when you are half way around, stop looking, you will stall and then come around at the end to face downhill again.

spin so that you just make the 360 rotation, so you are spinning for the whole jump, that way you can spin slower thus adding an element of style to your jump.

the key to a slow spin somes from your head. grabs help too, but spotting up the hill will be the easiest and most successful way to stall a spin. Just know that if you're spinning too fast, your head can block against your rotation.

your best bet to stall out a spin is to put a spread eagle into it, that will work like a charm.

don't swing your arms at all, just go straight and then look over your shoulder for the late rotation.

Throw in reverse grabs with your spins. They slow your rotation down a lot. For example if you spin to your left and grab your left ski on a mute, cross your skis the opposite way and grab your right ski.
