I'm going to TRU this coming fall for the adventure studies program, anyone else going? any alumni on here? should I just get a sun peaks pass or is it also worth getting a Revelstoke pass? also I'm looking for housing in Kamloops starting end of august or start of September for at least the next year somewhere on the south shore if anyone has anything or has recommendations feel free to msg me as well.

Hey, my uncle has a place in kamloops, he usually rents out the basement suite... what's your budget per month?

Nice bro graduated from that program a bunch of years back. First year you will get some use out of a sun peaks pass. But also, you will be in school with a higher crew of keeners who are hungry to get out every weekend. Skip the pass, work on your touring and get out as much as possible. You won't have this opportunity any other time in your life. Take full advantage of it while you can. We used to do day trips out to the coquihalla, it's a hike but worth it for sure. And then Rogers pass is a mellow 3.5 hours out to a wonderland.
Also hunter mountain? Or that small local hill is fucking sick for night skiing. Hit up all the girls in your year, organize a ski night and show them some sick park tricks. Man I got laid doing that it was golden.

Bumping this thread to see if there's any other NS homies at TRU this year. I'm in NRS, and we've got a great group of people rippin Sun Peaks every weekend, its always stick to have more!
