^ You gotta layer properly. Black longsleeve under a gray or white tee or white longsleeve under any color tee. Just make sure the longsleeve is like half a size bigger than the tee so it sticks out like an inch or so on the waist.

I don't wear big long sleeves under the I'm skiing, the sleeves always roll up on me
