Seriously. They post on the news exactly where and when these DUI checkpoints are. So basically they say if you're drunk, just avoid this area and you'll be fine. What's the point of having a checkpoint if you tell everyone it's happening? Whoever decided that rule is a moron.
Yet still somehow people end up getting caught.
