Replying to Living in the hood
Anyone relate? I'm not talking about a run down crack house, but rather a nice old home that just happens to be in the hood as a lot of big cities have. They're just so damn cheap and many are massive, obviously priced to the crime rate.
Worth it? Or is it a ploy to increase the median income of the neighborhood and push the poverty elsewhere?
This seems to be the hipster trend these days and I'm curious what everyone's thoughts are.
