bolakeipad pro with lumafusion is a option
No its not
Editing video professionally is basically gonna be one of the last holdouts of "traditional" desktop computing. iPads basically don't support any of the things needed; external storage w/ a proper file system, real external monitor support (current implementation is half baked), active cooling, mouse/trackpad instead of 100% touch, discrete graphics card, etc... Because it lacks all this there's no professional software to edit with, lumafusion is basically iMovie.
Not that I was looking to edit video with it, but I was hopeful that the new usb-C iPads would make strides towards fixing some of this, but its basically just as useless as the ones with the lightning port, now you just need usb-c dongles instead of lightning. The only thing I do "professionally" with it is fly my drone. The hardware is beyond killer for the size/weight but the software restrictions hold it back big time
iOS 13 is gonna be announced Monday June 3rd, maybe apple will surprise us
