Dieting advice for skiing?

Hi everyone, i am 13 years old and currently wanting to join the comp circuit next season. I can do rodeo 5,7, cork 7,9 all underflips unnat, 2p4 and super feds. I need to take my skiing to the next level if i want to compete against the cream of the crop at juniors next year.

would dieting help? im currently 5'4" and eating mainly what my parents feed me but ppl say i need to get down to 7% body fat so i can spin doubles and get sponsored by volkl so i can be on their am team.

this doctor named sebi and tells me to eat fruits and veggies and cut off meat while im training for doubles. will this help? anyone tried it? i need some fast advice so i can prepare for next winter

I know Ahall injects wheatgrass and fermented brown rice protein powder but since you're not 6'11" I'd recommend just chewing on rubarb stalks. Also be sure to take your adderall everyday like everyone else that age. PS if no triples by age 15, literally give up.

Make sure you eat a balanced diet of alkaline boosting fruits. Some veggies are okay but stick mostly to fruits. Reposting civil rights and health activists and random wooks with essays on their posts onto your instagram story will definitely get you more recognition, Volkl will be sure to notice you once get a "K" after your follower count. Aside from that, stay away from mountain dew and make sure you drink a lot of lemon/ginger infused water to keep your internal pH balance at a good level. The closer your pH balance is to 7 the more you can spin so keep an eye on that.
