True story: with basically zero money, 12 artists have been on an over 180-day road trip from Cape Town to Cairo. It’s been a journey of struggle, constant uncertainty, resolve, luck and a testimony to the incredible generosity that humans have.

But, who are we and why are we driving across Africa with no money? This is our story...

For the record, I have absolutely no problem with what they are doing. If they can afford to support themselves doing this, then fine, go for it. In reality, what they are "doing" is entirely useless. Seeing 12 people traveling on vacation across Africa is not going to help anyone or bring anyone "together."

I've spent a good amount of time in Africa (on my own dime obviously) and what Africa needs is most certainly not some vacationing artists. It needs many, many things, none of which these artists can provide. The idea that they are leaching money that could actually go to AFRICANS in AFRICA is despicable.

Are you kidding me?!?! The money will be used to pay for visa expenses, gas and to get back home once they are done. HA, bullshit, if you cant afford to travel the world then don't do it, whether you are promoting unity or not.
